کم عمر دولہا اور دولہن تحریر ۔ امان بونجوی آج ہم آپ کو ایک کہانی سناتے ہیں، قاسم اور گل پری کی کہانی (فرضی نام)، سچی کہانی، یہ کہانی گلگت بلتستان کے ضلع دیامر تحصیل داریل کے قاسم کی ہے، قاسم نو سال کا ہوا تو اس کی شادی بارہ سال کی گل پری سے کردی گئی، دونوں ہی نہیں جانتے کہ شادی اصل میں ہوتی کیا ہے؟ یہاں کہانی میں ایک اور نیا موڑ ہے، پتا یہ چلا کہ قاسم کے گھر والوں کو کسی ایسے شخص کی ضرورت تھی جو گھر کا کام کاج سنبھال لیے، نوکرانی رکھنے سے بہتر اور آسان طریقہ یہ تھا کہ گھر میں بہو لے آئیں جو گھر کو سنبھال لے، اب چونکہ قاسم بہن بھائیوں میں سب سے بڑا تھا تو اس کی شادی کا فیصلہ کرلیا گیا، یوں بارہ سالہ گل پری کو قاسم کے نکاح میں دے دیا گیا۔ جبکہ محمد قاسم پہلی جماعت کا طالب علم ہے، سوال یہ پیدا ہوتا ہے کہ کیا کم عمری کی شادی جائز ہے؟ جب محمد قاسم اور گل پری سے ان کی شادی کے بارے میں بات کی گئی تو بظاہر انھوں نے خوشی کا اظہار کیا لیکن چہرے کے تاثرات کوئی اور ہی کہانی سنا رہے تھے، ایک ان کہی کہانی، ایک ایسے معاشرے کی کہانی جہاں گھر کے مرد کا فیصلہ آخری سمجھا جاتا ہے، وہ فیصلہ صحیح ہے یا غلط، اس پر بات کرنے کا کم از کم عورت کو کوئی حق نہیں ہوتا۔ قاسم کا کہنا تھا کہ گل پری اور وہ آپس میں رشتہ دار ہیں، والدین نے بچپن ہی میں ان کی منگنی کردی تھی، گھر میں کوئی کام کرنے والا نہیں تھا، اس لیے گل پری سے ان کی شادی کردی گئی۔ قاسم اور گل پری کا جس علاقے سے تعلق ہے، وہاں بچیوں کو پڑھانے کا کوئی تصور نہیں ہے، عام طور پر یہی سمجھا جاتا ہے کہ جتنا جلد ہوسکے بچی کی شادی کرو اور اپنے فرض سے جان چھڑاؤ، ان دونوں کی شادی کا دوسرا پہلو یعنی گھر کے لیے نوکرانی لانا اور بھی تکلیف دہ ہے۔ کم عمری کی شادی پہلے ہی لڑکی اور لڑکے کے لیے متعدد مسائل کا باعث ہوتی ہے، اس پر گھر کی ذمہ داریاں بھی اگر اٹھانا پڑجائیں تو جسمانی عوارض کے ساتھ نفسیاتی مسائل کا پیدا ہونا لازمی امر ہے۔ جب ہم نے کم عمری کی شادی اور اس کے مسائل پر معروف گائناکالوجسٹ ڈاکٹر نسرین سے بات کی تو ان کا کہنا تھا کہ بعض لڑکیوں بالغ تو ہو جاتی ہیں لیکن ان کی جسم میں ابھی ایسی تبدیلیوں سے گزر رہا ہوتا ہے جو ماں بننے کے لیے ضروری ہیں، کم عمری کی شادی شدید ذہنی اور جسمانی دباؤ کا باعث بنتی ہے، ان کا ذہن اور جسم شادی کے بعد کی زندگی سے ہم آہنگ نہیں ہوپاتا اور نفسیاتی مسائل جنم لیتے ہیں، کم عمری کی شادی کو جسمانی اور ذہنی تشدد قرار دیا جاتا ہے، اسی طرح حمل اور بچے کی پیدائش کے دوران ہونے والی پیچیدگیوں کو بھی ذہن میں رکھنا ہوگا، ماں اور بچے کی صحت دونوں کو خطرہ لاحق ہوتا ہے، اور اگر بچی کم عمر ہو تو وہ دوران حملا کیسے اپنا خیال رکھ سکتی ہے، اسی طرح بچے کی پیدائش کے بعد بچے کے سنبھالنے اور دیگر جنم لینے والے عوارض سے نمٹنا بڑوں کے لیے مشکل ہوتا ہے تو ایک کم عمر بچی کس طرح ان مسائل سے نمٹ سکتی ہے۔ حمل اور بچے کی پیدائش سے پیدا ہونے والی پیچیدگیاں پندرہ سے انیس سال کی لڑکیوں میں موت کی بڑی وجوہات میں سے ایک ہے، ڈاکٹر نسرین کا مزید کہنا تھا کہ ہمارے ہاں مانع حمل طریقوں کے بارے میں غیرآگاہی بھی مسائل کی اہم وجہ ہے، ان لڑکیوں کو اپنے شوہر کی طرف سے جسمانی تشدد کا بھی سامنا ہوتا ہے، جو مزید مسائل کا باعث بنتا ہے۔ ،،،،،،،،،، انسانی حقوق کمیشن کے رہنما اسرار الدین اسرار کا کہنا ہے کہ کم عمری کی شادی بنیادی انسانی حقوق کی خلاف ورزی ہے، لڑکی ہو یا لڑکا دونوں ذہنی دباؤ یا ڈپریشن کا شکار رہتے ہیں، ذہنی ہم آہنگی کا نہ ہونا اور معاملات کی سوجھ بوجھ نہ ہونا شادی ٹوٹنے کی اہم وجہ بن جاتے ہیں، ایک اور مسئلہ بھی سامنے آتا ہے کہ کم عمری میں شادی کا شکار اکثر مرد دوسری شادی کرتے ہیں اور اس کی وجہ پہلی شادی یعنی کم عمری کی شادی کو قرار دیتے ہیں۔ ہم نے دیامر پولیس سے بھی بات کی، پولیس کا کہنا تھا پورے دیامر میں کم عمری کی شادی پر کوئی ایف آئی آر درج نہیں کروائی جاتی، غریب لوگوں کے کم عمر بچیوں کے ساتھ زبردستی شادی کے حوالے سے کچھ ایف آئی آر کٹ جاتی ہیں مگر بعد میں جرگہ کر کے ان کو بھی ختم کروا دیا جاتا ہے۔ کم عمری کی شادی جہاں دیگر مسائل کی وجہ بنتی ہے، وہیں ذہنی پختگی نہ ہونے کے باعث لڑکیاں حالات کا صحیح ادراک نہیں کرپاتیں اور بات طلاق اور دشمنی تک جاپہنچی ہے، اگر پہلی بیوی دوسری شادی پر اعتراض کرے تو اسے تشدد کا سامنا بھی کرنا پڑتا ہے۔ یہاں بھی پولیس کوئی کارروائی نہیں کرتی کہ جب تک شکایت نہیں آئے گی، کوئی کارروائی کیسے ہوسکتی ہے، کسی بچی یا خاتون میں اتنی ہمت نہیں ہوتی کہ وہ اپنے گھر والوں یا والدین کے خلاف پولیس میں رپورٹ درج کرائے۔ اب ہم واپس چلتے ہیں قاسم کی کہانی کی طرف، میڈیا سے گفتگو میں قاسم کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ بڑا ہوکر دوسری شادی کرے گا، لیکن یہ شادی کسی پڑھی لکھی لڑکی سے کرے گا تاکہ وہ لڑکی مستقبل میں اس کے ساتھ چل سکے۔ اور بچوں کو ایک اچھا ماحول میسر آسکے۔ قاسم اور گل پری کی شادی سوشل میڈیا پر بھی زیر بحث ہے، اکثر افراد نے اس شادی کو نامناسب اور غیر اخلاقی قرار دیا، انسانی حقوق کی تنظیمیں کم عمری کی شادی کے خلاف مسلسل آواز اٹھا رہی ہیں مگر انتظامیہ اور پولیس کا عدم تعاون ایسے واقعات کی روک تھام نہ ہونے کا ایک سبب ہے۔ محمد قاسم کا کہنا ہے کہ وہ اب اسکول نہیں جائے گا، بلکہ محنت مزدوری کرے گا، گھر کے لیے دو پیسے کمائے گا، قاسم اور گل پری کی شادی نے دو بچوں سے ان کا بچپن چھین لیا، جو بچے اپنا دھیان نہیں رکھ سکتے وہ پورے گھرانے کی ذمہ داری کیسے اٹھا سکتے ہیں، کم عمری کی شادی قانونی طور پر جرم ہے، رسم و رواج کے نام پر جاری اس طرح کی شادیوں کو روکنے میں انتظامیہ کو اپنا کرادار ادا کرنا ہوگا، صرف یہی نہیں کم عمری کی شادی سے پیدا ہونے والے مسائل سے عوام کا آگاہ بھی کرنا ہوگا تاکہ لوگ رضاکارانہ طور پر اس قبیح رسم یا رواج سے چھٹکارا پائیں۔

These changes lead to alterations in rainfall, temperatures, and more extreme weather events worldwide.” Climate change has become a widespread topic in the recent years. This is a problem that resulted from the emission of greenhouse gases such as ( Koyoto Protocol GHGs, Carbon dioxide (CO2), Methane (CH4), Nitrous oxide (N2O), Sulphar hexafluoride (SF6 ) Perfluorocarbons PFC, Nitrogen trifluoride (NF3) ) that effect the environment, Greenhouse mean “ that the Thermal radiations from earth surface is absorbed by atmospheric GHGs and re-radiated in all directions Since part of this re-radiation is back towards the surface, energy is transferred to the surface and the lower atmosphere. As a result, temperature is higher then it would be if direct heating by solar radiations were the only warming mechanism.” Therefore, it is a raises questions on whether the problem is caused by human activities or it’s just a part of nature’s cycle. This Article discusses and compares the factors that contribute to climate change by humans and nature, some effects of climate change, and some solutions that have been developed to prevent or slow climate change from progressing. According to NASA, the Earth average temperature has increased about 1-degree Fahrenheit during the 20th century. That might sound like it is not a great change, but its effects on our environment have proven otherwise the impacts of this small change in the temperature are many, from longer drought seasons and heat waves to more aggressive hurricanes. Furthermore, increase in the earth’s average temperature created a variety of problems that left a lasting scar on our environment. According to WHO approximately 88% of global disease caused by climate change vulnerable affect by children under the 5 years. Children right are also undermined in the face of climate change. Children have an absolute right to live in a decent environment, access to good health, Nutritious food and living in safety. almost 23% of all death each year are due to avoidable environment cause. or Greenhouse gases effect or global warming. Global Warming is defined as “The effectiveness of a greenhouse gas at trapping heat is referred to as its global warming potential, or GWP, and is a measure of the total energy that a gas absorbs over a given period of time (usually 100 years) relative to the emissions of 1 ton of carbon dioxide.’’ And the Aspect /Evidences / symptoms of Global Warming are Global temperature rise, warming of ocean, shrinking ice sheets, Glacial retreat, decreased snow cover, Sea level rise, declining arctic sea ice, Extreme event, Ocean acidification, uncertainty in temperature, etc. Scientists believe that the 90% of humans’ activities contribute to climate change because we depend on fossil fuels for our energy needs. A large amount of climate change happens widely because we are burning fossil fuels and that increases gases such as CO2, methane, and some of other gases in the atmosphere. Therefore, that makes it very hard to switch from fossil fuels to any other forms of energy because we depend on fossil fuels to a large degree. The emission of greenhouse gases has increased dramatically from the industrial revolution, mostly from the burning of fossil fuels such as oil, coal, and natural gas, for energy, agriculture, industrial process, and transportation, show much CO2 and Methane gas Emission is increased. Climate change has affected many aspects of our planet. One aspect that has been greatly affected by climate change is the weather. the climate change crisis is lead to food security crisis. the world depends on rain/snow for food production. Recently, there has been prevalent drought and change in rain patterns which is threating food security, climatic change is directly affect nutrition and livelihoods and other problems leads by climate change and their effect. Food security is the one of the most powerful tools to extreme poverty, boost prosperity. Growth in the agriculture sector is two to four times more effective in raising income among the poorest compared to other sectors. Food security is also crucial to economic growth: accounting 4% of global gross domestic product (GDP) and in some least developing countries, it can account for more then 25 % of (GDP). The growing impact of climate change could further cut crop yields, especially in the world most food-insecure regions. At the same time, our food system is responsible for about 30% of greenhouse gas emissions. current food security is also threatening the health of peoples and the planet generate unsustainable levels of pollution and waste. one third of food produced globally is either lost or wasted. Addressing the food loss and waste is critical to improving food and nutrition security, as we helping to meet climate goals and reduce stress on the environment. Food security is also the leading cause of death worldwide. Millions of peoples are either not eating enough or eating the wrong types of food, resulting double burden of malnutrition that can lead to illnesses and health crises. The on going debates due to climate change and greenhouse effect today glaciers are melting at unprecedented rate ,Glaciers are crucial sources of life on the Earth as they provide a vital resource to half of humanity for domestic use , Agriculture and hydropower .They are also sacred place for many local community and attract millions of tourists globally . Glaciers are some of the most valuable indicators for understanding the climate change. Among the most dramatic evidence the Earth climate is warming is the retreat and disappearance of glaciers around the world. According IUCN and UNESCO, world Heritage glaciers lose on average some 58 billion tones ice every year, and contribute to almost 5%of global observed sea-level rise. Project to indicate that Glaciers in one -third sites are disappearing by 2050 regardless of applied climate scenario, global warming and greenhouse emission …. There have been many debates and discussions on how to combat climate change among nations. However, many factors influence on whether the solutions are efficient economically or it cost too much to maintain like Wind power, Green Buildings, Methane Leaks, Solutions undergoing research, planting trees, youth involvement, awareness program, workshop in different remote areas, etc. small action make a big difference is reducing a climatic change, Climate change poses a significant challenge to our planet, having intensified notably since the onset of the industrial revolution. The increased release of greenhouse gases has expedited this process, leading to more extreme weather conditions. Unfortunately, our heavy reliance on fossil fuels for energy, transportation, and manufacturing presents a significant barrier to transitioning to renewable energy sources. While the goal is to avert future changes, adaptation is crucial. Scientists, environmentalists, government level, province level, Forest and wildlife department and Environmental department need to take and make a strong policy, laws, communities involvement, Agroforestry, reduce plastic use, and policymakers must work collaboratively and diligently to address these challenges and effectively combat climate change. We need to push GO-Green self-sustainable development goals and activities that aim to improve life, conserving and protecting our environment, we shall be able to make our future generation more better then today . These little eco-warriors are making a big impact by restoring green space and learning the value of conservation .

Gojal Youth Camp Season is an initiative of the Student Aid Society (SAS). This year’s theme is Empower360: Navigating Paths and Shaping Minds. GYC serves as a platform to build confidence, go beyond the syllabus, engage in positive activities, and take a break from the routine schedule.  حادثاتی طور پر وجود پانیوالی عطاءآباد جھیل کے 14 سال، متاثرین کیا کہتے ہیں؟ پاک چین دوستی کی علامت سمجھے جانے والی شاہراہ قراقرم پر زمین سرکنے اور مصنوعی جھیل بننے کے حادثے کو 14 سال مکمل ہوگئے ہیں، 4 جنوری 2010 سے قبل عطاء آباد جھیل کے مقام پر سرٹ نامی گاؤں آباد تھا جبکہ ششکٹ نامی گاؤں کی بھی قابل ذکرآبادی موجود تھی جو اچانک ایک قدرتی سانحے کے نتیجے میں ملیامیٹ ہوگئی۔ ہنزہ شہر سے تقریباً 14 کلومیٹر کے فاصلے پر واقع عطاء آباد کے مقام پر زمین سرکنے کی وجہ سے سرٹ گاؤں مکمل طور پر دریائے ہنزہ میں گرگیا جبکہ ششکٹ اور غلمت نامی گاؤں کی نشیبی آبادی بھی زیر آب آگئی اور مجموعی طور پر 19 اموات کے علاوہ 2 سو سے زائد گھر بھی جمع ہونیوالے پانی میں ڈوب گئے تھے۔ اس سانحے میں 19 کلومیٹر طویل سڑک بھی لینڈسلائیڈنگ کا شکار ہوئی اور گوجال کی پوری آبادی کا ملک کے دیگر علاقوں سے زمینی رابطہ کٹ گیا تھا، حادثے کے نتیجے میں 20 کلومیٹر سے زائد رقبے پر محیط نئی جھیل وجود میں آگئی جس کی گہرائی تین سو فٹ سے زائد تھی۔ کئی مہینوں تک گوجال کے لوگوں کا ہنزہ سمیت گلگت بلتستان اور ملک کے دیگر حصوں سے زمینی رابطہ...
